Vision Meets Decision-Making
While conventional time-keeping devices can capture the start and end of a worker's shift, they can not tell what happened in between. TimeTraQ is designed to work with a host of sensors and applications to, not only monitor time, but also track hourly productivity.
A.I. POWERED TIME-KEEPING-AS-A-SERVICE
TimeTraQ is the world's first multi-tenant time-keeping-as-a-service product designed for the distributed workforce.

It aims to replace very inefficient legacy time-keeping devices through a cost-effective monthly subscription model that eliminates all the hassles of physically maintaining the device, provisioning internet connection, and allocating expensive I.T. support.

With TimeTraQ you have an always-on, fully connected, self-diagnosing digital agent that never misses time.
VisionTraQ DMS
For branch and field offices of up to 100 employees that have commercial power and standard cellular or Wifi internet connectivity.
TimeTraQ X500
For rugged environments and remote sites servicing up to 500 field workers and/or contractors with no commercial power and limited connectivity
WorkTraQ Explorer
For remote teams of up to 50 workers reporting to one roaming field supervisor, time-keeper or foreman.
So What's the Difference?
Real Time Payroll Calculation
Our real-time attendance engine in the cloud re-calculates payroll every time a shift is completed. Employees will know how many hours they've worked so far and track their earnings in their app even before the payday.
Tamper & Jamming Detection
To protect the integrity of operations of each TimeTraQ device in the field, we incorporated tampering and jamming alert features in the device. We also embedded a military-grade security chip to guard our fleet of TimeTraQs from being hacked.
Daily Time Records Kept in the Cloud
Get rid of paper records cluttering your filing cabinets. The TimeTraQ Cloud Engine will store 5 years of daily time records in an encrypted repository for government compliance.
A.I. Palm Vein Pattern Recognition
In physical operations where lighting conditions are not ideal and workers use both hands to work, fingerprint and facial biometrics will not be effective. Palm vein pattern recognition is a reliable option because it uses infrared to scan the unique vein profile of each worker even in poorly lit areas.
Device Health Check & Diagnostics
TimeTraQ monitors its connection states (LTE, BT, Wifi, and Halow) as well as its power status to provide 99.999% availability. This guarantees our customers don't miss a beat in their remote attendance tracking.
Bluetooth Presence Sensing
Using an optional antenna array, TimeTraQ can be used as a location gateway to determine the presence and position of WorkTraQ badges accurate to +/- 1 meter.
