NOTE:

• A tracked asset may be a vehicle, vessel or any moving asset that requires regular positioning data for an AIM1 or Xeleqt accredited device

• SIM card data plan is NOT INCLUDED.

• Access to Xeleqt ONE ESSENTIALS CLOUD is subject to separate registration and approval process.

• ONE ESSENTIALS CLOUD (O.E,C) is an essentials aggregation marketplace where consumers and retailers / service providers meet.

• Xeleqt charges a minimal TRANSACTION or SERVICE FEE for every successful purchase done through the ONE ESSENTIALS CLOUD marketplace. The rates vary depending on the subscription type of business as follows:

  • MEMBER ACCESS:  12% transaction or service fee is per successful purchase​ charged to either customer or vendor.

  • PREMIUM ACCESS: 10% transaction fee per successful purchase charged to either customer or vendor.

  • ELITE ACCESS:        7% transaction or service fee per successful purchase charged to either customer or vendor.

• Transactions fees are charged to vendors (e.g. online food ordering, logistics booking, service bookings, equipment or vehicle rental, etc.).

• Service fees are charged to customers (e.g. picking and packing groceries, supplies or medicines).

• Xeleqt 3rd-Pary Delivery fees are charged separately. If you do your own deliveries using your company vehicles, delivery charges are waived.

• However, all company-owned delivery vehicles shall have a sticker with the markings: "DELIVERIES POWERED BY XELEQT ONE ESSENTIALS CLOUD".

• Fees don't include credit card or payment portal charges.

• B2B transaction payouts will be done weekly.
